Unsure where to start when developing a new employee incentive program? With Awards Network, you can create a program in four easy steps!

STEP 1: SHARE YOUR VISION

Based on your program needs, we will develop a customized award program and platform that is branded to your business.

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR GOALS AND FEATURES

Tell us how employees can earn points within your program and what interactive features you'd like to use.  And don’t worry, we have tons of sample program goals to help you with this and the expertise to make it all come together!

STEP 3: DETERMINE YOUR BUDGET

You choose how much you want to spend per goal you award for. We provide a Criteria Budget Calculator that will help you formulate your annual budget.

STEP 4: WORK THROUGH CONSULTING

Once you decide Awards Network will be your incentive program provider, you will go through a consulting phase where you work with our team to determine your program details and functionalities. Upon completing consulting, your Account Manager will design, build, and launch your program!
